Most summer weekends find me on the lake or the golf course... so it makes perfect sense that my real estate specialties include lake 🛥️ and golf ⛳️ properties.

There are more than 13,000 golf communities across the U.S.

Coincidentally, Arkansas was the top state for relocation in 2024. That means golfers - like everyone else - are moving here in droves.

When golf enthusiasts make a move, they're looking for more than four walls and a roof... they want the opportunity to pursue their passion. I get this, because golf has become part of my life in a big way, too.
