Sometimes I hear it when we've taken someone out on the boat with us for the weekend, or sometimes after someone sees one of my lake property posts. Turns out lots of people are daydreaming about the lake lifestyle.

 

So whether it's a sooner-vs-later idea, a maybe-someday thing or just fun to daydream about, I've got some things for you.

#1: The Lake List is an occasional newsletter for anyone seeking the perfect lake property (or just into news, updates and tips on the best coves and nearby dining). It includes properties in that $500K - $800K range, which is the sweet spot for most of my clients seeking for a second home, getaway or investment property... but you'll also find land listings and some phenomenal high end properties.
