NWA Recommendations

I have always believed that what goes around comes around.

That's not my motivation to help people with marketing and social media, but I do believe that what we give comes back to us tenfold.

It's become apparent to me that just about everyone in every business needs and wants help, connections and warm referrals from others.

Since my livelihood as a real estate advisor depends on new clients being sent my way, I like to pay it forward. Rather than spending my time asking for recommendations... I just concentrate on giving them freely. It has never disappointed me.

Art & Galleries

211 South is our in-house contemporary art gallery at Engel & Völkers Bentonville. Curated by my good friend and artist Kinya Christian, there's an ever-evolving array of incredible local artists.
Art on the Square showcases an amazing lineup of local and nationally-recognized artists ranging from painting to sculpture and glassware. Great spot for highly personal gifts.
Midnight Gallery is a nearby downtown gallery... with a twist (Bentonville's worst-kept secret). Go for the art, stay for the cocktails!

Eats & Drinks

Bar Cleeta is mentioned on my list of NWA wine bars below, but it's also one of my favorite spots for an intimate date night over small plates and a to-die-for tarte forestière (a yummy, slightly charred in a perfect way mushroom flatbread).
Confident Coffee has a cafe + wine bar in Pinnacle Heights, and it's my new favorite haunt because of the botanical vibes, sunshine and chance to move from uppers to downers. ☕️🍷
Petit Bistro is another lesser-known spot with a great wine list as well as excellent seafood, pasta and steak in a cozy old home with European vibes.

Gifts & Goodies

Markham & Fitz at 8th Street Market is a local, woman-owned and founded bean-to-bar chocolate maker with a cafe featuring treats and chocolate cocktails. Our household is also into their occasional special events and chocolate tastings. 🍫
Marrs Mercantile on Main Street (in both Bentonville and Centerton) features picks by my longtime friend Jenny of HGTV fame... and the shop features all sorts of warm, rugged and textural home goods and decor.
Ramo d'Olivo is my neighborhood wine bar, but they're also a great spot for gifts and have amazing olive oils, vinegars, wine and wine accessories for sale as well. 🥂
Remedy Road in downtown Bentonville is the best boutique for unique and ethical clothing, gifts and accessories.

Gyms & Wellness

Blake Street House is a members-only wellness club in downtown Bentonville with dining, spa services, gym, classes and social programs. You're always welcome as my guest.
SALT Health is a concierge medical practice offering integrative functional medicine as well as spa and wellness facilities.

Lodging

The Compton Hotel is the newest addition to the downtown Bentonville scene, facing the square and offering incredible dining, cocktails, cafe and vibrant lobby scene.
Motto by Hilton is our neighbor hotel in downtown Bentonville with all kinds of incredible food and design vibes. Here's lots more about them.
21C Museum Hotel is also in downtown Bentonville and blends a hotel stay with a contemporary art museum tour. Great food & bar inside at The Hive.
Pink Door Bnb is owned by my E&V colleague Suzanna Styles, and with a name like that, you know she's got all the most aesthetic properties!

Go Rogue Studio is my go-to for headshots, podcasts, photos, videos and a top notch creative team. They also have a really neat event capture service as well as a great space for hosting events. 📽️
